Our name honors the Eight Limbs of Yoga, a holistic path that extends beyond the mat — guiding us toward balance, mindfulness, and connection in every area of life. Its an invitation to meet and embrace all parts of ourselves. 

Each limb inspires how we move, breathe, and live:​

  • Yamas & Niyamas: living with integrity and intention
  • Asana: mindful movement and embodiment
  • Pranayama: the power of the breath
  • Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana: focus, stillness, and awareness
  • Samadhi: connection — to self, to spirit, to all that is.

We understand that healing is not linear. Our classes and offerings weave together yoga, meditation, journaling, visualization, somatic movement, breathwork, and prayer — practices that support nervous system regulation and emotional integration.

We approach every modality through a trauma-informed lens, creating a safe and inclusive environment where you can explore and process at your own pace. Because caring for our inner atmosphere allows us to show up more grounded, more compassionate, and more connected — to ourselves and to the world.
